PRODUCT IDEATION MASTERCLASS FOR INNOVATION TEAMS & SCALEUPS

Innovation Doesnt Fail Because of Bad Ideas It Fails Because Teams Dont Know Which Ideas to Build

Innovation Doesnt Fail Because of Bad Ideas It Fails Because Teams Dont Know Which Ideas to Build.

Corporate innovation teams and scaleups face constant pressure:

  • Launch new products

  • Explore new revenue streams

  • Differentiate from competitors

  • Pivot into new markets

  • Hit growth targets

  • Build what customers truly want

But most teams get stuck in:

  • Too many ideas

  • No prioritization

  • Unclear customer problem

  • Unvalidated assumptions

  • Features instead of value

  • Unclear GTM

  • Slow decision-making

  • Analysis paralysis

The Product Ideation Masterclass is a fast, structured consulting workshop to help teams:

  • Generate high-quality product ideas

  • Validate them with real frameworks

  • Find early PMF signals

  • Design lightweight go-to-market paths

  • Choose the right ideas, not just new ideas

This is the workshop that cuts through noise and turns innovation into action.

Who this workshop is for

Who this workshop is for

Corporate Innovation Teams

Innovation units, strategy teams, R&D groups, digital transformation teams, internal venture builders.

Scaleups

Teams entering the “growth ceiling” zone who need:

  • New product lines

  • New markets

  • New use cases

  • Repositioning

  • Differentiation

  • Fresh momentum

Leadership Teams & Founders

Trying to decide:

  • What should we build next?

  • Which idea has the highest probability of PMF?

  • How do we validate ideas quickly?

  • What is the simplest first version?

What makes this workshop different

What makes this workshop different

This workshop blends:

Corporate feasibility + startup speed

Narrative ideation + disciplined product thinking

Market analysis + GTM strategy

AI-assisted exploration + human judgement

Inspired by your Listening Sauna concept, Harmanova exploration, and your “Where Do Good Ideas Come From?” frameworks, this workshop captures ideas in raw form and then filters them through rigorous analysis.

This gives innovation teams a repeatable, scalable way to generate and evaluate ideas.

Workshop method: Four Phases

Workshop method: Four Phases

We combine creativity, product discipline, and market logic into one system.

We combine creativity, product discipline, and market logic into one system.

PHASE 1 — Ideation & Signal Extraction

We use structured prompts and creative modes to extract ideas from:

  • Market insights

  • User research

  • Internal frustrations

  • Team intuition

  • Existing customer behavior

  • Emerging technologies

  • Under-served segments

  • Failed experiments with hidden lessons

We run ideation modes like:

  • Problem Venting Mode

  • Customer Behavior Mode

  • Market Timing Mode

  • Future Scenario Mode

  • Creator Lens Mode (inspired by Listening Sauna’s idea pipelines)

This creates a large, raw idea pool.

PHASE 2 — Product–Market Fit Pre-Check

Every idea is filtered through five PMF criteria:

1. Problem Severity

Is the pain sharp enough?

2. Market Timing

Is the idea’s time finally right?

(Oblique, pervasive, culture-ready ideas perform best.)

3. Behavioral Fit

Does the idea match what users already do?

(Behavior change = the hardest challenge.)

4. Feasibility & Cost

Can it be built quickly using:

  • AI pipelines

  • Automation tools (n8n)

  • Lightweight cloud architecture

  • Simple front-ends (Vaadin, Next.js)

5. Distribution Advantage

How will this reach users?

Do we have unfair channels or trusted relationships?

Ideas that fail these filters are deprioritized.

Ideas that pass become early PMF candidates.

PHASE 3 — Concept Shaping & Positioning

Once an idea passes PMF pre-check, we shape it.

We define:

  • The target segment

  • The core value proposition

  • Customer jobs-to-be-done

  • Emotional payoff

  • Alternatives & competitors

  • Differentiators

  • High-leverage use cases

  • Revenue model candidates

  • Narrative (Why this? Why now?)

Think of this as “turning a raw idea into a pitchable concept.”

PHASE 4 — Early Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

We design a simple, actionable, low-cost GTM for each selected idea.

Including:

ICP Definition

Who buys this first?

Who gets the most value fastest?

Beachhead Market

Which segment is easiest to win first?

Early Adopter Triggers

What would make them say “yes” immediately?

Distribution Model

Channels:

  • direct sales

  • founder-led sales

  • partnerships

  • influencer / creator distribution

  • viral mechanics

  • ad-driven demand

Messaging & Positioning

Simple, compelling narrative that sparks interest.

Testing Roadmap

Rapid validation loops:

  • landing pages

  • waitlists

  • messaging tests

  • prototype interviews

  • content-led validation

  • early demos

  • limited alpha

This is the “move fast without breaking everything” part.
